Party Renfity Contract

1. RENTAL PERIOD

Rental items must be available for pickup at the agreed time.

Late returns may result in additional charges.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit of $% is required to confirm the booking.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit of amount may be required. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of returned items, less any damages, cleaning fees, or missing items.

4. DELIVERY & SETUP

Customer must provide safe and adequate access to the event location.
Rental Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or restricted access.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer agrees to:

Keep rental items in good condition.
Use equipment only for intended purposes.
Prevent damage, theft, or misuse.
Return items free from excessive dirt, food, stains, or damage.
Ensure adult supervision for inflatable or amusement equipment.

Customer is fully responsible for rented items during the rental period.

6. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT

The Customer shall pay the full replacement or repair cost for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.

Replacement costs will be determined by the Rental Company based on current market value.

7. WEATHER POLICY

Outdoor equipment rentals are subject to weather conditions.

Customer assumes responsibility for weather-related risks unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations caused by weather.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event: refund.
Cancellations made within 1 day of the event: Deposit is non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations may be charged the full rental amount.

9. LIABILITY WAIVER

The Rental Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, damage, or loss arising from the use of rented equipment.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Rental Company from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use or misuse of rental items.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Rental Company shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or severe weather.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of .

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings.

Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
